Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of barriersvancouver.ca (the "Site"), operated by Barriers Vancouver. By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. What the Site is
The Site provides information about our crowd control barrier rentals and lets you request a quote. It is not an online store. No prices are shown and no order is placed through the Site.
2. Quotes and bookings
A quote is an estimate, not a binding offer or contract. A rental becomes binding only when we and you confirm it in writing, including the equipment, dates, delivery and any add-ons. We may decline any request.
3. Accuracy
We try to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. Specifications and availability may change.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or to attempt unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design and images on the Site belong to Barriers Vancouver or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia.
